TEST IT. PROVE IT. BUILD FOR SCALE.

Mark’s top-level goal for the next two years is to test and prove the concept with boys before scaling.

By the end of 2028, we will have evidence, delivery experience and a clear model for national growth.

Reached by year end 2028 through MARK school workshops and third spaces, while testing and refining the programme ahead of scale.

September 2027: Mentorship pilot

Adapt The Shona Project’s mentorship model for Senior Cycle boys and roll out by year-end 2028.

September 2027: Jamboys pilot

Adapt The Shona Project’s Junior Ambassador Programme for boys and reach eight boys’ schools by year end 2028.

By year end 2028: Junior Cycle model

Use Perfect Storm findings to develop a tailored Mark programme for boys aged 12-15, ready to pilot by year end 2028.

Beyond 2028: National scale

Use learning and impact data to define the approach, resources and partnerships required for national scale.
