Programme Director, MARK
Dónal leads the development of MARK, from programme strategy and partnerships to strategic communications and public advocacy.
His background spans human rights, education, social enterprise, music and sport. Having worked at the United Nations, toured the world as a musician, and played Gaelic football for Down, he understands various environments that shape boys’ identity and belonging.
Founder & CEO, The Shona Project
Tammy founded The Shona Project a decade ago with a simple but powerful belief: young people need to feel seen, heard and supported before they can fully realise their potential. She has grown that belief into a national organisation reaching thousands of young people every year through education, community and advocacy.
Tammy leads MARK’s organisational vision, strategic partnerships and long-term sustainability.
